The decision is made by the supervisor. However, we can live with that because the impact on the business is manageable. It’s not a bad idea to be prepared now, because the cloud is the future.
Maestro is great for managing my membership and is terrific with reservations. At this time I am not sure if there is any scenario where it is less appropriate. I guess it doesn't work well as an interface for a golf shop, for tee times, etc. And, any golf product we get doesn't speak well with Maestro, so maybe golf. But, they may have a solution for that too.
SAP Cloud ERP is best suited for medium- to large-sized organizations seeking scalability, real-time insights, and standardized processes. Customer Support - I appreciate that I always get a quick response, if not immediate with easy to follow solutions to my concerns/issues. Their customer support team is always positive, friendly and helpful!
Easy to Learn and Understand - I am not great with technology but I find Maestro easy to learn, use and navigate. It is very user friendly.
Ability to Easily Update Charges - I appreciate the ease of access to Member and guest billing and folios and how easy it is for me to post, remove or reverse charges as need be.
One Interface - I appreciate being able to track member information and reservations in one area! What a great tool.

It's easy to use, easy to access, and everything, but some action buttons don't have too much contrast and it's hard to find them between a bigger set of possible actions in the screen, for example the edit score button seems hidden in the screen, it should be more visible.

I love Maestro support! They are always available or get back to you quickly. The employees that work at Maestro must get treated well because they are always positive and patient on the phone with me. And, even though I am not great with technology they always help me find a solution.
The support system I find great as whenever I run into problems they rectify them quickly as possible they never reacted late the support is just up to the mark for me. They provide many solutions to the problems I faced the [technical] team support is always amazing they [listen] to mean work accordingly.
SAP requires a lot of internal and external resources to complete its successful implementation. The cloud version requires a deeper understanding of the different capabilities of the local systems (hardware) and the connection towards your local IT team. We found several problems on our systems that we couldn't foresee before the implementation and roll out.
