MasterControl Manufacturing Excellence is excellent for creating batch records to track a specific regulated process. It helps us keep our data in line and make sure we are following our procedures. there are some difficulties with more customizable products. The more variable that are in the product the fewer features that MasterControl Manufacturing Excellence can apply to assist

Discrete industry - it is well suited. The reports available are useful. Process industry - if you can make the PI sheet availability in pod as an extension it would be useful.

• All data input types are highly configurable from getting data collected from integrated systems all the way to simple text entries.

The quality service and the strong production versatility has helped us develop a great solution for our batch records. These improvements are much better than the legacy batch records and provide immediate access at multiple points across the organization. Would definitely purchase again.

I receive positive feedback from manufacturing personnel about how easy it is to use when manufacturing and I also receive positive feedback from quality personnel for review batch records. We have had some deviations where operators are inputting data under other operators accounts which is really bad good documentation practices and is a compliance risk

The feedback from our end users has been overwhelmingly positive, indicating strong adoption and satisfaction with the solution. This demonstrates that the system meets most functional expectations and supports daily operations effectively. However, performance remains an area for improvement. Addressing this will further enhance user experience and ensure the solution scales efficiently for future growth.

During a few early templates, a configuration for product family had not been removed and it created an error. The subject matter expert and support desk was able to help me understand the error was builder generated and how to resolve it very quickly. This is now a non-existent occurrence.

We choose Mx to try and get rid of the paper trail, assist with the improvement for GDP, ease of access and review of the production records to try and get better on releasing batches to meet demand. Having our documents, training and production records in one general area makes it easier for end user

I have used and worked on SAP ME/MII. This product(SAP DM) is far better in every way than the older sibling - ME/MII. This is completely cloud based solution which removes the hinderances of procuring and managing an on-prem solution. And as this is a cloud based solution, it also enables a very smooth scalability of the deployment across various plants

• The ability to add formula parameters and production record linking has helped traceability.

• Excessive customizations are not recommended if you are looking for a true digital transformation with high ROI and future proof
