There should be an automatic link between vendors added with their Melio link and the same vendors that already exist in QuickBooks. As it is now, a new vendor is created when you do that and is not linked with the one that already is in QuickBooks.

UI is good from tech perspective Customisations and personalisations are very intuitive and allows user to make the maximum usaage of the dashboard. Feedback is underrated but comapnies take it very seriously now a days.
Customer support has always been top notch. From small configuration changes to overall process changes, support has the teammates in place with excellent knowledge and is able to provide solutions based on business challenges quickly. Their customer support through their Account teams continues to be hands on and very responsive to needs in a timely fashion.
I prefer Melio over Bill.com. I prefer Melio because it is easier to cancel or correct a payment on the platform. I like the way that Melio lets you track vendor requests for payment information. I like that it is easy to follow the payment all the way through the process to its deposit.

It imports all invoices from quickbooks, but it doesn't close invoices it receives payments for without manual effort. In my opinion, it's a bit clunky
