Overall Satisfaction with Melio

I've been using Melio for 5 years, as a sole proprietor I love the super simple GUI and scheduling payments. I also have been able to allow my clients to use web-payments. A handful of times I had problems with payments going through I was able to contact support and they took care of me right within a few hours. Melio beats the competition and is free to use for ACH methods.

Melio is 100% free if you just use ACH, and that by itself would be reason enough for me to stick with the platform, it boats a ton of other useful features that add to the experience.

I recommend it to all of my associates in the film business, I hate to lose a % for taking web payments and Melio checks off the boxes to prevent that loss.
