It fills the gap between large commercial softwares for large companies, and for small companies. Most email hosts are just basic until you start bringing in video calls, chat, etc. Missive has that and more, and I think is the #1 email choice for small companies.
HVS should be well suited for automated email responses and cadences. However, we have been unable to get it to work as we would like it to. The cadence builder is robust, but can be a bit complicated. It's not as easy to set up a cadence, as we would like. The program isn't well suited for mass marketing emails, but more for SDR emails.
We haven't found anything in High Velocity Sales that we don't like. To reach out to prospects the company may use an all-in-one platform. The ability to organize, call, email, and follow up on leads is a game-changer for sales representatives.
I can only compare to free services or to Outlook. I cannot go back to Outlook... Truly. Outlook hits all the right marks for a business, and Missive exceeds those marks and sets new standards. I joined a company that had already chosen Missive. I not only was able to pick it up intuitively, but I felt proficient at it within a couple of weeks and already felt my workflow and communication skyrocket.
While I have not used many other automated email CRM integration systems, SalesforceIQ is hands down a crucial part of my daily work flow. I could not picture our company putting up the monthly numbers we are able to allocate without the efficiency and concise notification settings SalesforceIQ gives Everlasting Capital. I highly recommend if you're looking for fast integration results to update numerous departments within your company, to look into SalesforceIQ as it will make your daily tasks substantially easier while keeping all parties more thoroughly notified.
Overall efficiency in our communication has probably tripled. We can draw a collaborative conclusion, in-office or remote, desktop or remote, within minutes assuming we are all available.
We realize we are still "under-utilizing" this app. It can be a powerhouse if mastered.
