Overall Satisfaction with SalesforceIQ Inbox

We just Salesforce Inbox to attach to our email client and it helps streamline tracking and scheduling of meetings with our clients. Our salesteam use it every day.
  • The ability to link contacts and attach emails to records without having to open Salesforce has saved us countless hours and make it contact touchpoints far more clear in Salesforce

We usually send emails to clients and before Salesforce Inbox we would need to check in Salesforce to get details regarding the contact we are sending to. With the Salesforce Inbox there is no need to look in Salesforce as it is connected directly to Gmail or Outlook.
