I've been a recruiter for more than 20 years, and I simply can't imagine working without Modern Hire at this point. Modern Hire has greatly increased my efficiency, leaving me more time to build relationships with candidates and hiring leaders. I can focus more on the consultative part of my position as opposed to spending time on administrative functions that Modern Hire easily handles.

Wizehire is an amazing applicant tracking system for organization and follow-up. I appreciate being able to add prerequisite questions for easy overviews of qualifications. The personality assessment is a great touch to have upfront in the application process. I love the Kanban view and customizations to track candidates in a way that makes sense for our organization.

  • We can see the number of candidates at each level of our recruitment process.
  • It is a time saver and has transformed our recruitment process.
  • Scheduling interviews is easy and candidates can choose time slots according to our availability calendar and help candidates self-schedule.
  • The interface is up to the mark.
  • Video interviewing is quite an efficient way of the recruitment process.

  • While we are a fan of the concierge service, there have been a time or two where we have scheduled for it but the Modern Hire [formerly Montage] partner didn't log-in/dial-in in a timely manner and we were left trying to address technical issues outside our comfort zone.
  • The Modern Hire [formerly Montage] platform is solid, without question. That said, there are pieces of the interface for both the prospective candidate and the hiring manager which could be made far-more intuitive than they exist today. We all know that in hard-to-fill roles across the nation today, there are more opportunities than there are great candidates with which to fill them... so we need to do all we possibly can to make the candidate experience as simple, quick and painless as possible.
  • It would be great if the Modern Hire [formerly Montage] platform could easily interface with our ATS.

  • Candidates can apply for the same role more than once, and I'd like that not to be allowed
  • The DISC is not as accurate as others, like Ableson.
  • Candidates can apply without a resume and that's frustrating

I would revert to my previous answer where it has been an amazing support to our business speed, scalability, and support. My main concern has been data integrity which can affect and has affected our client relations.

Modern Hire is comparable to all and [does not need] to [be] downloaded, [which adds] convenience. Modern Hire is our company-sponsored platform so I would not be able to select which platform the company uses.
