Overall Satisfaction with Modern Hire (formerly Montage)
Modern Hire is currently being used to host interviews at Spectrum for both internal and external candidates. It is used currently in the marketing department but I believe that other departments are using it as well. Since it is an external platform it allows internal or external candidates to use the platform easily and we can assign anyone to interview by inputting their current email address.

- Different ways to connect audio functions via phone or computer
- Video is already connected
- User friendly
- Time out issues
- Computer audio is not always ideal
- Video quality is not always ideal, but could be webcam issue

- Can add anyone to an interview from their email address
- Timing out of interview
- Dial in code does not always work, has said invalid at times
- Constant need to log into platform, times out too soon
- Webex Meetings, Zoom and Microsoft Teams
Modern Hire is comparable to all and [does not need] to [be] downloaded, [which adds] convenience. Modern Hire is our company-sponsored platform so I would not be able to select which platform the company uses.
