MutualMind (discontinued) vs. OnceHub

For all things bookings, including meetings, sales calls, events, and client onboarding, ScheduleOnce is the dominant software hands down. For shorter forms, such as quizzes and exercises on an online course, FormOnce is the far superior sibling as it's able to accommodate all needs, size, length, and customization.

• MutualMind gives us a view into the reach of social content we produce on behalf of our advertisers and the engagement that content generates with shoppers.

• Links calendars- no need to go back and forth between calendars, everything is synced up.
• Schedules Zoom calls with link and sends alerts to remind prospect of meeting
• Follows up to reschedule if prospect missed meeting, which saves me a ton of time.

• MutualMind gauges sentiment around social conversations but does so with the standard margin of error found in most social analytics products. The nature of human conversation makes it difficult for a machine to categorize sentiment with 100% accuracy. MutualMind gets sentiment right between 50% to 70% which is within acceptable industry averages for this type of product. With additional tuning (which MutualMind provides) the accuracy levels will increase.

• I really wish I could put tracking pixels (i.e. AdWords conversion pixels) on the booking thank you pages. Having to direct to a thank you page on another platform is kind of a pain.
• The Salesforce connector pricing is a bit steep.
• Basic live chat capabilities would be awesome. Implementing a live chat widget alongside the ScheduleOnce widget can be a bit cluttered design wise.

Reliability and flexibility (MutualMind's willingness to jointly produce new functionality)

As a company that's only 3 years old, MutualMind's toolset is quite usable but it could use some tweaks in the user interface, which they are constantly working on.

During a recent upgrade period, MutualMind had a small window of unavailability. I am confident they have addressed the root cause and do not foresee any future issues.

The product's performance has improved greatly in the last year and we anticipate seeing additional improvements in coming months based no planned infrastructure changes.

MutualMind has always been quick to address any issues or questions we have.

They would not prorate a refund - I'm just out the money for services I have not used. To me, that is the WORST POSSIBLE customer service ever.

Not really...MutualMind was very professional and helped with all stages of our setup and implementation.

ScheduleOnce is the only platform that offered an easy way to send text messages to clients. I appreciated the ease of adding a few questions to qualify potential clients prior to getting onto a call with them. Easy to use and the customer service experience I have received has been great.

• By showing increases in engagement and share of voice (defined as the amount of content generated for our advertisers versus the amount of content generated for their competitors over time) we are able to correlate content to incremental sales data provided by our advertisers.

• Improved efficiency - no longer waste time trying to find available time to book meetings
• Positive impact on business reputation
• Clients, prospects and colleagues love using my booking link - they have access to my availability and can schedule a meeting easily. Many positive comments about ScheduleOnce
