MutualMind (discontinued) vs. Radarr vs. ZoomSphere

Radarr is best suited for businesses that need to reach out to their target audience across multiple digital channels; it really helps track how effective the campaigns are and even improve on them based on what users tend to engage with the most on each platform. It can help streamline strategies.

ZoomSphere is suited for all companies - from small to big, for one brand or more brands within company. With ZoomSphere you can leverage your social media presence - but you need to use lot of apps ZoomSphere has. I think that ZoomSphere is not suited for company that want to use ZoomSphere for only one purpose, for example content creation and publishing. There are plenty of ways how to use ZoomSphere more complex.

• MutualMind gauges sentiment around social conversations but does so with the standard margin of error found in most social analytics products. The nature of human conversation makes it difficult for a machine to categorize sentiment with 100% accuracy. MutualMind gets sentiment right between 50% to 70% which is within acceptable industry averages for this type of product. With additional tuning (which MutualMind provides) the accuracy levels will increase.

As a company that's only 3 years old, MutualMind's toolset is quite usable but it could use some tweaks in the user interface, which they are constantly working on.

There is always a space for improvement, but overall I see ZoomSphere as a valuable partner and tool for our business on social media. Maybe in a future rest of the apps in tool (community management, social media listening,...) will be on a same level as competitors and we will use only one tool for whole social media management. But if not, ZoomSphere is still awesome for the most of it

During a recent upgrade period, MutualMind had a small window of unavailability. I am confident they have addressed the root cause and do not foresee any future issues.

The product's performance has improved greatly in the last year and we anticipate seeing additional improvements in coming months based no planned infrastructure changes.

MutualMind has always been quick to address any issues or questions we have.

Whenever I contacted customer service, I had a great response within minutes. Sometimes was not easy to solve, but somehow we figured it out. I would like to reccommend more proactive communication with clients regarding product roadmap, for example "In 1Q we will launch XY,..." Client should know that before implementation - client can prepare for news, client can test something,...

Radarr brings you more comprehensive data and covers more digital platforms. In times when it is important to be present where your audience is and reach out to them at the right time, with the right message, that comprehensive view of data is what can help strategize better and run campaigns effectively. Also, love the visualization of data; that makes it all easy to understand.

We see ZoomSphere as a better option than Kontentino. They are almost the same in way you can use the tool, but ZoomSphere has better UI and UX and also customer service. We also know that pricing levels are better with ZoomSphere than Kontentino. But both tools are quite awesome for social media management. Just book a demo, have a trial and you will see by yourself.
