Netskope NextGen SWG vs. RoboForm

Netskope makes it easier to manage SaaS apps such as Google Drive, Dropbox, Office 365, and other enterprise applications by allowing different rules for personal and corporate accounts. It provides detailed control over these platforms. For example, in OneDrive, you can set policies so that a user is allowed to share files only with a specific domain or individual, and restrict sharing in the opposite direction as needed.

I use it on an almost hourly basis. With probably 10+ years of use, I have used it for everything and have found very little that it won't complete, but it isn't very good on mobile devices. I use it on my phone strictly as a reference because it does not work with either Samsung internet browser or Chrome for Android.

• It has a good alphabetizing system
• You can store multiple users
• It also has a mobile app which is great

• Netskope NextGen SWG could improve in DLP enforcement. Sometimes policies don’t apply consistently across certain websites, even when configured.
• In custom connectors, DLP features are not supported.

• Recommend periodic purging of unused passwords.
• Offer a "compromised password" alert feature.
• Don't remind me about a recent update as often as you do now. (I might be able to control this on my desktop's notification settings?)

I give Netskope NextGen SWG an 8 because it helps us maintain compliance and security effectively. The platform works reliably, and the granular control it provides over web activities is very strong. Compared to other solutions like Zscaler (ZIA), Netskope offers a deeper level of control, which makes it more effective for our needs.

For the few times, in the many years that I have used RoboForm, and that I have needed to contact support they were very responsive.

The netskope next gen swg win the evaluation process in the follow features: - Better Deploy process - Don't depend of a VPN connection - Native SSL Decryption - WebUI of easy and quickly understanding - Device compliance evaluation - Flexible Scenarios of Deployment - A private network what connect more efficiently to the most used SaaS Services

The number one alternative we see is LastPass. Many of our clients use it and are happy with it and I'm sure it's very close to RoboForm. I have personally used RoboForm for at least 10 years and have been extremely happy with it, so we did not do much comparing recently.

• Complete Control of Web access regardless the location of user
• Deep Application control ( Eg. Allow access just the company tenant of a SaaS App)
• No Restrictions about the device type ( Eg. Windows, MAC and mobiles)
