OneSpan Sign vs. PDFLiner

OneSpan Sign is suited to many professional business situations. It is well used by the legal, security and compliance teams as well as many people within the financial functions. A lot of businesses have become very agile, and require a paperless environment to working. There are some companies and businesses who would prefer paper documents to be signed, which would not work as well as the paperless versions. I would use it in many different scenarios where I would prefer to have a paperless transaction

It's possible to save money, time, and paper with PDFLiner. In addition to
those in the legal and scientific sectors, this includes those in accounting,
human resources, and education. PDFLiner makes it simple to save your most
frequently used templates. Upload them whenever you need them, make any
necessary edits, and email them straight away!

• One can set up a workflow in which one can specify the order in which signatures have to be done.
• Customer service is great and always ready to go the extra mile.
• Pricing is very transparent, and there are no hidden charges.

• Signing documents for myself and my employer has never been easier.
• For me, the simplicity of not having to use sophisticated tools to customize forms for certain situations is appealing.
• It's easy to use and doesn't necessitate a strong Internet connection to make use of this program.

• Search capabilities can be improved by a great extent. We still can't search documents by name of the signatory
• Pricing seems a bit high when compared with other players in the market
• Data importing and exporting capabilities can be improved drastically

• There is no mobile app for PDFLiner which I think is a major drawback of this tool.
• Though the tool is straightforward we find it complex when we need to search for a specific form in it.
• Editing text is fine with this tool but I think there is a limitation of styling the text when editing any document.

I don't see any reasons to change as their solution covers all my need for now. I could make even more integrations but that might be something that I will do down the road. I'm used to working with the interface and my data is all there as well.

Our department uses PDFLiner to modify PDF format contracts and other documents before sending them to our consumers for e-signing. Not only that, but this program allows access to the templates of over 30 million different sorts of writable agreements, saving us a lot of time and effort.

The product is so well designed and built that we rarely need to reach out to customer service. But we have reached out to them in case of downtime, and we have always gotten a satisfactory response. We never had to follow up, as customer service executives were very responsible.

We got all the features and prospects of the application from support team. They were helpful

My experience with OneSpan in the customer service has been very positive. However, since my experience with OneSpan is much more recent, most of my technical experience with OneSpan includes technical areas that were not available in other products at the time I was working with other products.

Everyone in my department uses PDFLiner. Everything we need
to get the work done is included in this team strategy. Allows us to streamline
our operations and ensure that everyone is using the same tools. If I had to
make a choice, I would go with this over more "advanced" options.

• It has done what we got it for. It has made it much easier for our advisers to do business with clients in remote areas.

• Your PDFs can be changed quickly and easily. You have the option to include signatures and images, as well as to censor any information you don't want others to see.
• By being able to digitally sign your paperwork on the go, you may significantly speed up the closing process.
• Using PDFLiner is a great and simple way to work with PDF files.
