Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use e-signLive to sign our contracts and manage the different versions as well

Pros and Cons

Pros

Managing our sale documents and proposals
Saves us time in getting the appropriate approvals from our client

Cons

I would like to see is the functionality to adjust various templates within the admin panel rather than submitting the modifications to Silanis' support and waiting back for a confirmation that it is changed.
A simpler integration documentation for a given platforms such as Fusion Middleware would have been very helpful although we were able to figure it out with their tech support.

Return on Investment

Efficiency in the deal signing process, reduces the amount of back & forth and leaves a trace of all the different versions
Easier to get our terms and conditions approved when using electronic signature as opposed to regular contracts

Alternatives Considered

I tried Docusign prior to going with e-signLive and the overall reason I went with e-sign Live was the ease of use of the interface and overall simplicity for getting started

I don't see any reasons to change as their solution covers all my need for now. I could make even more integrations but that might be something that I will do down the road. I'm used to working with the interface and my data is all there as well.

Likelihood to Recommend

It depends on the integration level you are working with, we had an easy setup so getting up and running was very fast but I suppose better understanding how the API work is very important in the decision process.
