OpenText Content Manager vs. OpenText eDOCS

I found this product to be a good alternative to the products I normally use. They helped me get control over the content that I want to hide from certain employees or remove completely. When I found this product I was looking for a solution that would allow me to manage the data I need to protect. They have helped me achieve that.

Documents are arranged well to enhance faster identification during the time of reference. It provides cloud-based based backup support to minimize file losses. It is best suited to the electronic data management suite.

Microsoft SharePoint is a simpler alternative for OpenText eDOCS. It can be used for the same objectives, i.e. to share and manage content, search for information, and collaborate across business areas. Integration with other applications and platforms can be rather limited, in comparison to OpenText eDOCS, but the interface can be considered cleaner than the one of OpenText.
