The setup for each product is thorough and includes as much detail as you want to enter. We had confidence in the system based on how well it worked. Little to no downtime. Usability	No answers on this topic	I think the usability of SL is seamless comparable to other systems that we have and still have. I think the user interface could be better in some aspects, but also has improved the way we do business. Once you get around the brief learning curve SL tends to be easy to use and navigate. For support in Europe and Asia, this can be an issue as almost the whole shipping period will go through without any response. Brightpearl is a more powerful system and allows for more customized processes, apps, and features to tailor around specific businesses. The downside is Brightpearl is a bit more expensive.
