Access PeopleHR vs. Zimyo

It's simple to use even for non-technical employees, making it very simple to install even for a workforce that hasn't grown up in the digital age, and for that People HR is the best option to fit in. I haven't got in any situation yet where I see People HR as less appropriate except Applications Tracking Systems as I have never worked on that module much.

Best suited for automated HR process and effective employee engagement. Not so appropriate for companies who have very specific processes and require customizations that are out of the ordinary.

• The system tends to be particularly slow on Monday mornings and sometimes can be down for a couple of hours at a time which is frustrating for employees
• The naming of the tabs isn't as clear as they could be. For example, reports are called Queries. Makes getting used to
• The org chart isn't very user-friendly, would be better to be able to export department by department

• Layout is simple but can be better in terms of design, looks a bit like too simple.

Zimyo's pricing is better than the rest of the HRMS tools available in the market and very simple to use and deploy within the organization.
