Overall Satisfaction with Access PeopleHR

Access PeopleHR is used for all our staff's time. i.e. Sick leave, Holidays, Lieu and overtime. we also use it for recruitment, skills, Expenses and personal details. this system replaced our outdated spreadsheet method and is very handy for alerting the correct managers / people via emails for approvals etc.. this alleviates the need for daily human checking.

  • Logging of Overtime and LIEU
  • easily request Holiday leave
  • The UI could do with being more Up to date, i find it easy to use but is quite cartoon like.
  • More Details for skills is required, I have some certifications but the system does not recognise the Brand
  • Emails that are sent out could use an overhaul as they don't stand out as much as i think they should
  • Overtime tracking has improved

Access PeopleHR is easy to use for things like requesting Leave.. the system is easy to guide through and emails are sent to the correct managers (if setup correctly) I do find that the backend is quite outdated and clunky though, this could do with modernising a little as it reminds me of windows 95
