PeopleStrategy vs. WebHR

PeopleStrategy is an excellent product if an organization is growing in the right direction and wants to improve HR processes. The software has many different packages depending on the need and can be purchased separately if something in addition is decided in the future. This is a benefit because not all organizations may need all features right away.

I cannot think of any scenarios where WebHR would not be appropriate. It's a good solution for any size business and I see a lot of interest in the development to continue improving the solution.

• Document upload was very easy and quick
• User Access was really easy to manager and reset passwords.

• Everything is clear, simple to understand, and clearly defined
• Salary management is simple and understandable
• Leaves management is easy to use
• Cloud-based, and has mobile apps

• Certain functions cannot be integrated unless you have purchase that specific package

• Logging into it from our system gives an error, but after a few minutes it acknowledges me and logs in (because I am logged into our secured system)

Renewal of this product is out of my control, but if asked I would give this product a thumbs up to renew. It only gets better with time

It has great functionality but it's UI is not that good

ADP and Oracle are systems I have used and the GUI of Oracle even as antiquated as it is was vastly more efficient to work with than the people as well as system that PeopleStrategy claimed to be supporting. I didn't have any part in the selection of this system as it was in place before I was part of the team. We promptly began looking into all in one systems so that we could convert to a better experience for us as administrators and for the employees and their use. We ulitmatelt converted to ADP this year and even though the process was not as seemless as promised I would still take this process over using PeopleStrategy any time.

I don't know any other products like WebHR, but I'm pretty sure it's a good solution for any organization, and it's improving constantly.

• We are too early in implementation to be able to calculate ROI but am sure we will se great benefits in efficiency during the following 6 months.
