PlanSource vs. Vantage Circle

Less appropriate for small groups with one very simple health plan. More appropriate for 20+ EE groups with multiple plans and supplementary benefits.

I think Vantage Circle is a great idea and would recommend all the organizations to use it to motivate and reward their employees. As of now I don't see any scenario which is less appropriate. This initiative definitely works well for larger companies and gives good flexibility to the managers to reward their teams.

• Puts all of your healthcare selections in one place making changes, drops, and additions are taken care of in one place instead of having to contact every vendor individually.
• Keeps an accurate record of real time enrollment which helps when you are in an account manager role and handling client questions concerning their health plans.
• Provides tools to keep the client and yourself organized. Several Open Enrollment messaging tools and places to add any educational documents for the different health plans.

• It offers redemption Vouchers for most of the merchants like Amazon, flipkart etc.
• It offers discounts for redirected sites and also provide additional discount on these sites.
• It provides cashback vantage points on the purchase made using redirection on lot of merchant sites.

• The more advanced options, such as HCM, could have a slightly more user-friendly dashboard for users who are not daily computer users.
• Needs to be easier to customize the homepage. Clients are always interested in adding in their own pictures, colors, welcome message position, etc.
• Needs to have a function where the employer can send a document for the employee to sign, open and capture the employee's signature, send back to the employer and save in the employee file.

• There are 100+ options to choose from. Very wide range of options - catering to a wide spectrum of people from all walks of life, age, taste, and background with diverse options.
• I never ever faced any issue- not even once, at the time of redemption & it was a smooth, seamless, wonderful & pleasant experience for me, always! Also, the redemption process is simple & could be done within a minute!
• This redemption could be used not only for any tangible purchases - also for invaluable experiences like holidays, fine dining, Hotel stays, Donations, Taxi rides, etc.

Vantage circle has user friendly UI, easy to use, and reachable support thats why i selected vantage circle. Vantage circle definitely a good choice agianst other stacks up as it offers many online shopping apps and it covered most of deals. Redeemption of the rewards is straight forward and easy to claim.

The support can be easily reachable via emailid ,contact number. I had a chance to contact them it was went smooth and got ghe quick response from them. They also provided the quick resolution.

I have looked at GoCo, Kronos and Zenefits. I selected PlanSource because I felt it was the most customizable for a variety of clients across the board. The interface seemed functional but slightly professional looking than it competitors. PlanSource also seemed well established and that it was capable of handling my client needs.

Vantage Circle is better in terms of being more user-friendly and has a lot of different e-commerce sites to choose from ranging from food, fashion, health to travel and sports. It provides additional cashback if we order products from their platform which is an added advantage. The best thing is that there is no expiry date for the points earned.

I have never came across a scenario when the Vantage Circle was down or inaccessible and I was not able to redeem the vantage points. The platform is always available and the redemption process is very fast. Never faced the issue with the delay in the redemption of Vantage points.

• Positive - Reduces time spent contacting vendors of enrollment changes. When you are dealing with several hundred employees and their dependents across several vendors that time starts to add up.
• Positive - Point of value when trying to gain or up sell a client.
• Negative - You do need to meet the minimum number of people on the platform as per your contact to avoid having to pay a fee to PlanSource. If one of your larger clients leaves that could be a potential issue.
