Pure Chat by Ruby vs. Zoom Virtual Agent

Chat is nothing new but the ease of use and functionality is key, that being said Pure Chat nails it across the board. We use the chat across our website and ad pages. Don't see a situation where this effective tool would be less appropriate, consumers want instant information and instant connection, chat provides both without being tied up on the phone

Zoom Virtual Agent is really suited, as we're learning, for companies that also use their contact center solution, as it's an entire customer experience and support tool all in one. It's very easy to upload and use AI responses that best support your customer, and train the AI on your specific use cases.

• Generative AI answers from existing documentation
• Providing tools for admins to discover and easily create new intents and workflows
• Customizing the experience by campaign, chatbot, workflow, etc. to facilitate curated experiences for customers

• Transcripts that could generate in a PDF or Word doc rather than .txt file, option would be nice
• Chat is straight forward so not much room for improvement, we're happy with the service, functionality, and ease of use.

• There's a lot of competition in the CX space right now, but I think Zoom has a good deal going on, with all their other products under the same roof.
• Some of the reporting could use some improvement, but it's still early days.

You can customize the experience for your clients, make it sound as human as possible and provide different paths to find the answers needed

Didn't see much pros and cons comparing Pure Chat and Olark. They all do the job. However, Pure Chat is free to use on basic functions.
