It is less appropriate in a situation where you need too many customizations. As big data grows, data customizations will be very important as organizations need to re-organize data. This is one area where it is not very well suited or requires improvement.

Website personalisation (tools like pop-ups and browser notification) work fine but I'd like to have a bit more personalisation options to be avalaible to users.

Other than the UI improvements, it gives a holistic picture into data analysis and marketing campaigns. It only needs deeper customizations and a few better reports. Otherwise, it would be an industry leading tool in the market.
