Overall Satisfaction with SALESmanago
Right now, we are not using it because we have not found a client willing to use it. We evaluate many products that clients may use and offer an agnostic presentation for each product or service. The problem is SALESmanago is not price neutral compared to competing services but customer service further west than the US east coast is non-existent.
- Fairly intuitive UI
- Not the most expensive option
- A good choice if you are a company based in Europe
- Their expansion into the US has not been very successful, and if you are a West Coast customer want training, be prepared to get up at 4 a.m.
- While their functionality is comparable to competing products there is nothing particularly unique to what they offer
- Their instructional literature was obviously not produced by people for who English is a first language and they are not particularly English proficient.
- The tool has been ROI neutral. It cost us nothing but made us nothing
- Having experience in a little known marketing automation system has increased our credibility as a consulting service
SALESmanago competes well on functionality with other offerings and we agreed to work with them because they were very aggressive in the beginning, but every customer we sent their way was turned off by the sales personnel.
