ReputationStacker vs. SimplePractice

ReputationStacker is extremely well designed for multi-location practices that care about improving and protecting their online reputation and visibility in local search engine results (which is extremely important for our business). It makes it easy to consistently generate reviews for each location and address issues that patients have before they become bigger problems. If you’re looking for an all-in-one marketing platform, this isn’t that. It's just focused on online reputation and reviews and it does that really well (instead of trying to do everything).

I think it's a good choice for solo providers who bill insurance. If you have employees or are self-pay, go elsewhere, in my opinion

• Adding additional locations of our business wasn't obvious at first, but when I figured out how to do it it was easy after that.

We had our marketing person set it up, and now it automatically gets us Google reviews. It couldn't be easier.

I had a question about how to add new locations and the support team got back to me immediately and showed me how to do it.

I have not had to contact support which is nice. If I have a question, I am typically able to find the answer within the help section.

Swell was too expensive. ReputationStacker does the same things (and more), costs less, and as far as I can tell from the Swell demo we did, a lot easier to use.

Also Kalix, Practice Better, Practice Q (formerly Intake Q), Healthie, Jane, etc. I'm hoping to switch to Practice Q soon.

• We have an average of over 30% more clicks on our Google Business Profiles since we started using ReputationStacker (because we now show a lot higher in Google's local search pack).
