Respond.io vs. Ruby Virtual Receptionist Services

The company's sales funnel support is well represented in Respond.io. I like how its workflow is configured with the initial support bot. It filters and provides a summary of the customer's needs, making the advisor's job easier. Calls are something the platform is sorely lacking. I understand they are under development and something we're eagerly awaiting at the company to be able to track more efficiently on a single platform. Ruby Virtual Receptionist Services is well suited for a business that needs call screening and message-taking services. The service is expensive but if the user is willing to put a lot of time and effort into planning and scriptwriting, as well as call handling instructions, it may work well. Also, if there is not much information that must be captured by the receptionist, I feel this may be a better fit.

• Improve the quality of calls via WhatsApp

It has been very useful for us with very innovative functions and it has the ability to adapt to our operation according to the needs that our administrator indicates to them, and that is very efficient. Besides, it is easy for users to adapt; the functions are very intuitive and easy to implement.

In my opinion, Respond.io is by far the most user-friendly platform out of other similar products. Other advantages rely on features such as AI Agents and automated workflows that are easily adaptable to our company's needs. Lastly. customer support from the Respond.io is admirable, being at all times better than their competitors.

We switched over from Answer First to Ruby Receptionist because we wanted a more full-service answering service. We wanted to be able to call out using our business number as well as text in and out. We also really liked the "call-out request" feature as it freed up our time and allowed Ruby to handle minor client communications, etc.

• The cost of the solution, as compared to our previous solution, has meant that we now pay 50% less than our previous solution for a MUCH superior offering.
• We are able to have a single agent (versus multiple agents previously) in our busy season and they are able to keep up with the load of queries being sent through.
• The setup time, and integration of new channels into the mix has meant that Respond.io keeps up with the market trends, and we don't have to search for other solutions to engage with our customers - This has saved major amounts of time.
