Likelihood to Recommend Great customer service and support with an easy to use interface and easy to understand. The integration is seamless and much easier to use compared to some competitors products. Having customizable dashboards to handle reporting makes easier work for the team and they are able to understand their objectives more easily. We found that the dashboards and reporting also make sure that our client touch points are correct and ensures that we are offering the best service experience. I do feel that a con for Revenyze would be the gap in packages/plans available. I believe there should be a slight increase in the offering on Pro, leave Scale as it is and introduce a slightly more entry level package that offers what Pro currently does. This offers a greater plan dynamic to the mid-size enterprises who are working on updating their B2B and CRM packages which as we all know can be an incredibly costly exercise.

Read full review Pros Interactive and Visual reporting using Dashboards Hels us to understand the touch points of our clients journey and where we need to apply action Using task and action plans ensures that the sales team don't miss key steps in the sales process Read full review Data visualization: lots of different options, including bar, scatter, pie, waterfall charts to explore relationships between variables, and to present findings/trends to different teams Integrates readily with limited, though different data sources: TXT, CSV, TDE, Access Exports reports for review of different dashboards: client-ready/team-ready, with a clean and tidy presentation in PDF format (or hardcopy) Read full review Cons There should be additional plan options, only having Pro or Scale could be challenging to some start up mid-size companies Again because the plans are quite pricing, there should possible be a trial version Additional data rows and sources on the Pro plan would be helpful Read full review Tableau Public (both Desktop and Server) like their "for a fee" counterparts offer very easy to learn and use tools to transform data into pictures and gain insights into your data. Most organizations report a reduction in development time of 10x vs. other similar tools, due to the intuitive user interface. That said, with Tableau Public, published workbooks are "disconnected" from the underlying data sources and require periodic updates when the data changes. Users are limited to 1 Gb of storage space per user ID and password as well. I would like to see better options for public sharing of visualizations and data from within the "for a fee" products as more and more organizations are moving in the direction of data sharing with partners and their communities. Read full review Likelihood to Renew It's free, right? I'll keep using the free version. So the real question to ask is this? Will I pay $999 for the Personal version or $1,999 for the Professional? Yikes! That is a big stretch. I'm not sure about that. The product comparison chart is at:

Tableau before buying it. A great tool to extend Excel's visualization and to publish data for others. Not useful for anything you need secure. No ability to access databases. Static information only.

Read full review Alternatives Considered We love using HubSpot, we only have some minor niggles that introducing Revenyze solved. Together the two work in harmony ensuring the best action and tasks as well as understanding for our revenue team. The integration if you are using HubSpot already is seamless and easy to implement. The two compliment each other and you will really see the impact that using both software solutions has on your bottom line.
