Rippling - Great at a Few Things - Good at Others
Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
We were a AU based organization with offices in the Philippines, Belgium, US, Canada and Europe. We used Rippling to consolidate all of those payrolls into both Global Payroll and EOR. We have also moved recruitment, absence tracking and contractor management into Rippling, this consolidation has enabled a holistic view into HR and payroll costs as well as create more adoption in the manager's with recruitment. We were looking for a vendor that had an "all in one" solution and for the most part, we have found that.
Pros
- Compliance - country specific
- Reporting - robust HR/Payroll reporting
- HR Core - document management/workflows, etc.
- Global Payroll - AU payroll + US payroll makes it easy to manage
Cons
- They've moved quickly to get EOR stood up in other countries but that sometimes has been at the sake of quality.
- I'd like to see more integrations into accounting systems like Business Central.
- I'd like to see more training offerings - they should invest in an L&D partner.
- We've been able to reduce our team from 6 to 2 with Rippling - this has obviously impacted our run-rate in a positive manner
- Recruitment has been faster
Rippling provided the EOR solution as well as Global Payroll which was really a difference maker for me.
