Roomzilla vs. TableAir

When you book a Teams meeting in with a client, you can book in a room straight away instead of hoping for one to be free when the time comes. A time less convenient, is when you randomly get a call, you need a room and non or available, or as a manager, you need to have a chat privately and all the rooms are booked

• Shows how many seats the room accommodates, what AV equipment it has, and a picture.
• Allows you to check in or end the meeting early.
• Suggests conference rooms for particular times, based on what's already been booked.
• Can integrate with Google Calendar.

• When someone cancels a recurring or one-time meeting on Outlook, the reservation isn't removed on Roomzilla. It creates a two-step process for users when they reschedule meetings via Outlook.

The UI is great. super easy to utilize but you sort of need to know where the conference rooms are and how big each one is. The platform just helps books rooms but doesn't let you filter by occupancy number, for example.

It's easier to preview the room availability and co-coordinate between users from different organizations. It synchronises with tablets in each room allowing to confirm, schedule or cancel the meeting directly from the meeting room. Also allows to add multiple users and manage them from organisation level of different companies. Totally recommend.

• It has made our meetings more seamless since we don't have to spend time walking around looking for available space.
• I use it to schedule about 15 personal meetings/week.
