Overall Satisfaction with Roomzilla
We use Roomzilla to schedule and book conference rooms and/or phone booths, both within our private office and within common areas of the building at large. This allows us to avoid double-booking, and to ensure that we have a place to hold meetings of various sizes. Roomzilla allows you to see how many seats a conference room can accommodate as well as what type of AV equipment is available, etc., so we can ensure that we aren't missing necessary resources.
- Shows how many seats the room accommodates, what AV equipment it has, and a picture.
- Allows you to check in or end the meeting early.
- Suggests conference rooms for particular times, based on what's already been booked.
- Can integrate with Google Calendar.
- Relies on iPads, which sometimes break or get logged out.
- Can only check-in 5 minutes early. If the room is available it would be helpful to be able to check-in earlier.
- Compatibility with our building's Roomzilla system.
- Integration with Google Calendar.
- It has made our meetings more seamless since we don't have to spend time walking around looking for available space.
- I use it to schedule about 15 personal meetings/week.
