SalesBinder works well for really anyone that needs to track inventory, and any small to medium business (even large if the product grows with you) that sells the inventory either internally or externally and where those "cash" transactions need to be tracked. Bringing this product into a large business with an existing large inventory may not be the best fit depending on the tools you already use - as this system works very well as a stand-alone. It will work anywhere no matter what, it just may not be the best solution for very large scale.
SL helped us see where we could improve and where we were badly failing at certain aspects of the business. It helped product and inventory management system that was easy for everyone to follow and comply with. Its order management tool allowed us to more seamlessly deliver products to customers as well as keep track of international orders.
At the time I last used SalesBinder entering shipping for sales and such was not a feature, so we just created a $0.00 inventory item for FedEx with a Qty of 99 and changed the cost for each sale as needed.
At the last time I used SalesBinder there was a glitch that would duplicate an inventory item at random across all locations with a qty value of 11.
I think the usability of SL is seamless comparable to other systems that we have and still have. I think the user interface could be better in some aspects, but also has improved the way we do business. Once you get around the brief learning curve SL tends to be easy to use and navigate.
They work west coast hours, and while during those hours, they are readily available via chat. For support in Europe and Asia, this can be an issue as almost the whole shipping period will go through without any response. They are committed to helping, though, and usually on more significant issues have followed through to get it resolved for us.

Skubana is also a good alternative to Stitch Labs. They were recently purchased by 3PL Central and is a good medium price range alternative.
