Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is really helpful when it comes to projections for our business. In order to cover our office overheads, we try to project sales leads becoming opportunities and closed and won sales for each quarter so we can ensure all targets are met and obligations too.

It is well suited to mass marketing and as a database. Also well suited to parsing the database into sub categories. I also like its ability to schedule marketing at specific times and days. It is not as well suited for listing print material. Listing meaning grabbing from MLS listings.

We haven't used anything previously to Salesforce. We were trying to implement what we needed as a company with our current ticketing and quoting software, but it wasn't doing what we needed. Once we found Salesforce we were able to really dial in on the important things needed as a company.

Total Expert was chosen by management and for good reason. I didn't like Follow Up Boss because Total Expert was much more intuitive and also much more integrated with the other programs we use (Encompass, Rebel I Q, Sales Boomerang, etc). Its just a much better program overall than Follow Up Boss
