Manago AI vs. Vbout

I find SalesManago to be a good tool for email marketing and automation processes. They live chat service allows fast and direct communication with customers. Website personalisation (tools like pop-ups and browser notification) work fine but I'd like to have a bit more personalisation options to be avalaible to users.

To Automate your social media presence by bulk scheduling content. Create multiple drip email marketing campaigns to support different marketing promotion initiatives. Visualize your marketing funnel. Learn what is your best referral traffic source per each initiative (for example, I learned that Quora was bringing us highly qualified leads). Create lead scores and start qualifying your prospects. Create multiple landing pages to promote your product to different audiences.

• Segmentation - you can segment people in many ways (e.g using tags, rfm matrices, sales funnels, dynamic segments).
• Automation flows - using workflows, automation rules, and website automations you can automatically do marketing actions after a trigger and in specific conditions. You have a lot of events, conditions and actions
• Product Recommendations - this tool allow you to recommend products on your website. Maybe it's not quick to prepare it but the results at the end are awesome
• RFM Segmentation - this is a great tool to segment and reach people according to their RFM profile

• On email marketing, it has petty good recommendation for sending methods.
• The landing pages can be fully customized with code editor and works with Bootstrap frameworks.
• The automation comes in handy since it works on all Vbout tools.
• We can also install the Tracking Code on external websites to utilize Vbout tools.

• Their expansion into the US has not been very successful, and if you are a West Coast customer want training, be prepared to get up at 4 a.m.
• While their functionality is comparable to competing products there is nothing particularly unique to what they offer
• Their instructional literature was obviously not produced by people for who English is a first language and they are not particularly English proficient.

Manago AI is a good tool if you want to start your marketing automation journey. It is easy to use and offers great support via email or phone. The system itself has many ready-to-use scenarios, which make your first steps in marketing automation much easier. However, there is some room for improvement in the segmentation builder and analytics.

Great experience so far. Vbout has low learning curve. It's a user-friendly product with comprehensive knowledge base. Even if we meet a blocker, their team is ready to help us solve the issue. Their keep the dashboard straightforward that contains all tools, so we can access each one of them right away.

I use many marketing automation tools, and I choose the right tool for the right job. I like to use SALESmanago because of its great support and very good price for the product.

Vbout offers a very robust overall solution, with a more basic solution, and a much lower price point than the Constant Contact Lead Gen & CRM solution.

• The platform has saved us a lot of money
