SAP Business Network vs. Tandem

Without SAP pharma industry is spinless, the work which used to take hours to do SAP do it in seconds. It helps me in everything from review of data to release of batch. It is a very diverse product, can used for any thing and can be integrated with all other software for example LIMS and CDS etc. For me its a super app so its deserve a perfect 10

Rooms can be created that enables you to speak or stay silent in for a longer period thereby giving a feeling of working together. Peer Collaboration opportunities are more. The user experience of the tandem dashboard can be improved. That could help in more feature utilisation.

Further, we foresee additional scope which would give us an additional business case going forward, extending the Business Network usage to Warehouse Service Provider integration.

• Having a relationship creates also some stickiness with those customers
• Obviously there not insignificant cost involved in using the network, which in a price sensitive market are sometimes a bit of a burden
