I believe it is well suited for large companies or companies that use many different platforms to track and display data because of the ways Unanet can connect across platforms. If your company tracks projects associated with clients to plan workflow and business development opportunities, this is a great CRM to use. It is very user-friendly and the team at Unanet works well with our internal partners to maximize efficiency and provide us the customizations that we need

• The beginner's user-friendly UI can help learners learn easily, and it feels a bit complex.

The cost of SAP as an ERP is quite high and the switching costs associated with ERP systems are even higher. That being said moving from one ERP to another only happens once in a great while for large organizations. Those switching costs include retraining, IT hardware requirements, outside consultants and more

Unanet is user-friendly and a very “smart” platform. I took off one point for the issues we seem to run into every couple weeks in which certain features are glitchy and unable to be used for a couple hours. They are fixed quickly, but it is frustrating in the moment

The support system I find great as whenever I run into problems they rectify them quickly as possible they never reacted late the support is just up to the mark for me. They provide many solutions to the problems I faced the [technical] team support is always amazing they [listen] to mean work accordingly.

My original trainer / implementation specialist was fantastic. That relationship has continued, even though I have been officially handed off to the customer service side. The customer service side seems to have higher turnover than normal, but in general they are also very supportive, although not as responsive as I might like.

SAP requires
a lot of internal and external resources to complete its successful
implementation. The cloud version requires a deeper understanding of the
different capabilities of the local systems (hardware) and the connection
towards your local IT team. We found several problems on our systems that we
couldn't foresee before the implementation and roll out.

• Surpasses many well reputed applications in terms of performance and data insight when you are into SAP products
• More reliable and secure as we are not going to create multiple copy of master data, one single shared master data and all will work like charm
• For authentication we can also use Microsoft MFA or Google single sign-on , so less complexity
• For customized business process, we can implement extension packages which are like templates
