SAP Marketing Cloud vs. Zenoti

SAP is not suited for new generation Marketers. It is very slow and do not have any essential features for dynamic marketing. Many things are manual. It is not very user friendly in my opinion which makes it very hard for the beginners to know all the important things.

Exactly the program is designed for spa industries or markets that are specifically dedicated to reservations, but we have shown that it can also have a great contribution for small internal spas in companies that need organization, its price is accessible, it gives order and administration, formality which is what we want to show in our company. Thanks Zeneti our collaborators are happier.

• A few minor limitations using the calendar to book appointments.
• Display which therapists are available when customers are booking online.
• A few minor usability improvements in the point of sale.

Nothing there to give it a higher rating. They should enhance their UI/UX and improve the platform's speed. A new user would take days to learn and understand its functionality.

Because of the highly customizable nature of the software, the usability is sometimes affected, requiring lots of training for the staff

Zenoti offers the richest feature set for our business category.
