SocialPort vs. WorkRamp

How does this platform improve the efficiency and productivity of my team? How much time should my team be spending in the platform each day? What is your history of deploying B2B sales technology and training? How does this integrate with my CRM?

WorkRamp is a great tool that is easy to use and manage. Especially for trainings that need to be done once it is easy to set them up and make them flow together, set out different topics, link to internal documents, etc. For trainings that you want people to be able to repeat or refer back to often, it is not the best solution. It's hard to go back and find a specific module or section of a module once you have completed it unless you know exactly where to look.

• Content Syndication - By far the easiest and most efficient platform I've seen to share approved content controlled and at scale.
• CRM Integration - Most of the other platforms we trialed had far less superior integrations with our CRM allowing us to close the loop.
• More Leads - SocialPort allowed our team to identify and engage with leads and weed out useless activities.

• WorkRamp is very easy to read and maneuver the site.
• WorkRamp allows you to upload or create learning resources very easily.
• WorkRamp makes it very easy to find tagged information for different departments.

• Auto-Posting - I'd like to see a way to syndicate certain content directly through our internal advocate's social channels.

• Auto tagging resources by keywords being used can be helpful to the party in charge of maintaining the information.
