Well suited: For a company or organization that knows what they need to solve problems or optimize processes. TrustRadius for Buyers is ideal as you can check out categories and alternatives and read super-specific reviews that apply to your use case. Less appropriate: If you are unsure what you're trying to accomplish or the area/function to optimize with software, you can be overwhelmed with the vast offer of reviews because you don't know where to look.

Honestly, it's an all around solution that needs some enhancements. Need to build an app, check! Need to test that app, check! Need to debug that app, check! Visual Studio App Center is a well rounded platform for multiple types of builds and services.

• It supplies the right native integration for test cases both IOS and Android
• Constant device updates means you are working with the right builds to support product use cases
• Excels in automated test cases that are easy to implement, monitor, and digest results

• Sorting of the default view of reviews since the initial reviews can play a big role in decisions.
• More visibility into what went into certain product's score for the rating it has.

• Webview support was lacking
• User management seems a bit disconnected from the standard Microsoft ecosystem. Almost feels like you are managing local users and sharing access more than an enterprise solution
• Price could be better
• Buggy on some of the latest versions of windows

it is a page that provides data although very long to read are specific and
technical as they are, data of people who have used or use the program you may
need for the company, and help us solve a problem, without the need to hire
external consultants or expensive programs, saving us money in the company

It is very helpful for me in buying softwares. I come up with a practical and confident solution once I use it. The reviews I saw were genuine. I was able to save time and increase my productivity with the help of TrustRadius for Buyer's. Also, overall interface is well structured

Again, I didn’t have much to do with the implementation of the product. I heard from internal sources that there were few issues with scalability but they were resolved

While G2 and Capterra cover a wider range of categories, TrustRadius focuses specifically on business technology solutions. TrustRadius is known for its emphasis on verifying user reviews and providing in-depth insights. Their user base consists of professionals and decision-makers, making it a valuable resource for trustworthy and detailed feedback. G2 and Capterra offer broader market coverage and a wide range of products. I personally do not prioritize any specific platform. Wherever I find detailed information, I use it.

The biggest benefit is in integrations and plug-ins, as well as the fact that it's not open source. I know open source is popular, but we have all been on the downside of open source and waiting for things to be voted up or a contribution to fix an issue. This alone makes VSAC a nice solution! Plus, it comes with a complete IDE integration of services, documentation, and is light weight

• Cut down on time to delivery enhancements and overall builds to users
