WiseStamp makes it easier to change data in one place, and that's why we are sold on it. I wish there were some more creative designs for the signature, but I like the clean-looking templates.
CodeTwo is much more customizable and offers a wider range of integrated scenarios, so I guess it fits larger companies better. However, managing it was way too complex for us (non-IT guys). Our choice was mainly technical because they range in a similar price.

WiseStamp is different because it's a more user-friendly platform, which was especially useful because marketing has control of the signatures. A portal designed for them wouldn't have been helpful and would have required lots of extra training. This wasn't needed with WiseStamp.
I tried to use hubspot for email signature generation. but it was just a bit clunky.

I genuinely can't remember the names of the other ones that I tried out, but so many were either more expensive or required that each individual at the company be somewhat savvy when it came to the ins and outs of Gmail. Our company has many employees who are older so …

Some of the other products just did not work across the several platforms my coworkers use - Apple Mail, Outlook, Gmail + mobile versions of all of these. And if they did, it was not clear how. There was a point where it wanted me to use coding and I just don't have time for …

We reached out to someone on Fiverr to see if we could just get a cut and paste signature. It didn't end up looking as good as WiseStamp and still have the employee the ability to be as creative as they wanted. We needed more control than that so WiseStamp was a better solution …
I actually haven't tried the above, but this form wouldn't let me advance without answering. I built my own signature in Gmail. It would have been fine except embedding video is really tough. I was willing to sacrifice being able to showcase books in order to show my TEDx talk …
CodeTwo was harder to design in, but that is because you have way more options with CodeTwo than you do with WiseStamp. However, I do not know if CodeTwo supports gif animated signatures.

It's just so much easier to use. I like the templates that are included. I use the same one for the three signatures I have, but I need another one which I plan to use with a different template.
We had previously used CodeTwo Email Signatures as our email signature provider. It worked great for a while, but then we had some problems with the Office 365 connectivity and lost all email signatures for a period of time. WiseStamp came to the rescue and has been seemless …
This is the ONLY program that has this feature for Outlook and other mail services so you don't have to switch to another service just because you use multiple mail delivery programs. It is also expandable which others are not. This was one of many I evaluated and I have been …
HubSpot offers a free email signature tool that we used in the past. While it's a nice and easy tool to use, it lacks the dynamic content options that WiseStamp offers, so we switched to WiseStamp and never looked back. There are also many other free email signature …
Again, WiseStamp solved all of the problems I've had with other email signature creators in the past. The links work, the images display correctly, the design and layout remain intact, and everything I want and need for my signature is great with WiseStamp. I highly recommend WiseStamp to anyone looking for a well-crafted email signature and anyone who counts on their email signature to display as intended.
Professional Email Signatures - the designs a person can create with WiseStamp are definitelt sleek and modern. They have a variety of templates with a fair amount of customisation and a possibility to design your own template for an extra fee.
Centralized Signature Management - WiseStamp provides a platform for organizations to manage email signatures for all employees from a single dashboard. There is customisability on how much the company hires their employees to be a part of email signature editing, which is very useful to keep the whole feel of the organization on brand as tailored as possible.
Social Media Integration - allows the inclusion of clickable social media icons in signatures, encouraging engagement on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, or Facebook. That is one of the main aspects why we chose WiseStamp as well - since these custom clickable links are very hard to create in any other way.
Dynamic Content - whether it is changing photos or different banners, that can be updated without modifying the signature design. This is super useful Useful for marketing campaigns, special offers, or events.
My recommendation for anyone starting with WiseStamp for the first time is to go super simple. Spend no more than 15 minutes, if even that long, throwing something together. Use that for a couple of weeks and then if you'd like to add some more tricked-out features, go for it but it really isn't necessary. While WiseStamp can do a lot, great design is in the simplicity. So, think of who is going to see the info and craft it with them in mind as more isn't always better. Remember, it's just the gist of who you are and not your resumé.

I have increased my calendar bookings from outreach emails by more than 200%
It makes it easier for people to schedule time with me when multiple people are involved as they can see my availability by clicking the link.
I have had customers that have not used me for a period of time book time out of the blue by going back to one of my old emails and seeing the scheduling link there
I use the banner tool whenever there is a promotion or to promote some of my sponsor brands to my clients without them even realising they are getting "adverts"
