Overall Satisfaction with WiseStamp

I'm a Sales and Marketing Manager for our company, and I use WiseStamp for all of our full-time employees' email signatures. We like being able to edit the signature in one platform and know that the signature in multiple different areas (email, CRM, etc.) is being updated at the same time. Before, we had to edit each individual signature in multiple areas, and it took so much time!

Pros

  • It has many add on options for below the signature.
  • It's convenient to change info in one spot and know it's getting translated on multiple platforms.
  • It's a clean look.

Cons

  • I'd like to see more template options.
  • I want the logo and team photo to appear in line with each other. Currently, they appear in two different sizes.
  • I want it to be easier to change the employee photo on each signature.
  • Having a link to our Capabilities Deck in our signature is helping more people see it, which is helping us book more business.
  • The polished look has gotten our fellow industry professionals to ask how we got a "fancy" new signature.
Setting up the first signature was difficult because the employee photo wasn't working. I couldn't figure out how to make it change for each individual employee, so I had to create five different signatures for each employee. Everything else seemed pretty seamless.
WiseStamp makes it easier to change data in one place, and that's why we are sold on it. I wish there were some more creative designs for the signature, but I like the clean-looking templates.

It's better than anything else currently on the market. The entry-level package is a great price for small businesses. If it were any higher, I don't think it would be worth it for our budget.
