Less appropriate of a tool if you want to talk to it and have it pull information from the web. I do find it doesnt dive as deep. Also - it does not have the capability to generate images. If you want an AI tool to use in workflows, or something to help you become more efficient in processes you are already using. Anthropic Claude is the way. It is easily the best tool for a full cycle workflow. Will take you from concept right through the execution.
It is very easy to navigate, build, and contextually meld your agent into whatever you like. As long as you know how their back-end no-coding platform works, it becomes a breeze to create bespoke content that actually matters, and makes sense. We've done this with multiple agents and as I call it, "sub-functions". There's a lot more potential the agents can do, all you need to know is to just learn the process.
In comparison to other AI, I do find that conversationally, Anthropic Claude lacks in-depth answers to the extent some of the others do. BUT - The content it does provide I generally find to be more valuable.
An easier way to understand the credits and how they work. Perhaps a live usage bar or something that makes it more transparent.
An integration with co-work. Chats saved on my cowork and chats saved on my Anthropic Claude web app do not sync.
i do find the organisation a bit confusing, like the functions available in 'ask Writer' being separate to the main window. there were lots of functions i wasn't able to find intuitively that we needed a support call for

It's pretty convenient. The interface is clear and straightforward, with no unnecessary complexity. The section covering pricing tariffs and usage limits is easy to understand.
Anthropic Claude is just as good as any of the aforementioned platforms. We were using ChatGPT primarily before Claude. We have leaned more to Claude in recent months, but use other solutions to keep a balanced approach to research and analysis. We plan to keep Claude as a core component of our tech stack moving forward, as it has proven value time and time again.
WordPress is not very clear about the tools that are available with some themes over others. Instead, Write has multiple functions and makes the work complete in its entirety. It's easy to navigate and it also allows me to use multiple accounts. It has database links and at the same time it is compatible with MS office in all versions
Have not yet worked out a calculation for ROI as Anthropic Claude has become more of a support tool/extra staff member

It has also improved our communication process with customers, as we are using it to create workflows for sales team to have documents signed for sales agreements
