Zopim is suited best for small to mid-sized companies who are looking for a great functioning chat widget that is easy to set up and easy to use. If you are a larger company with many departments, you can use this system but I highly recommend going with the highest plan. I'm not sure if the cost is worth it, as we decided not to shell out that much money for it. We do wish we had some of the nicer features, but overall it's a great system that is easy to set up and easy to use.

Zoho Chat

If you have a website through which your clients engage (either sales or support) your offerings, then you absolutely need a live chat tool. Having used Zoho for a while now, I can absolutely recommend it. If you have not used a chat tool before but you have an online store then you should definitely explore this option. They offer a free trial so you can test it to see what response you get but for sales related websites, this will pay for itself.

Zendesk Chat

  • Zendesk is very straightforward and easy to navigate. A non-technical person can work without any issue. It is very easy to write and answer tickets in the system.
  • It has an awesome user interface. Zendesk is easy to set up and configure.
  • It allows me to create macros. I can also create mother and parent tickets in Zendesk.

Getting assistance and/or troubleshooting anything with Zendesk can be quite frustrating. In my years of experience with Zednesk, I have almost never found the answer to my question without going through multiple articles, ultimately getting frustrated and reaching out to our contact for more assistance. So for a consumer, the support is not as relieving as Zendesk Chat is to our customers in getting the questions answered by us.

I like about Zopim is that it has numerous devices and choices. I like the way that you can associate with other individuals, inside and remotely. Also, I like that I can redo my notices. It coordinates with significantly other joint effort and the workplace instruments I utilize. It is stunning the capacity to convey by means of content effectively and the talk transcripts are promptly sent to our email.

Zoho Chat

We selected Zoho because it was already a part of the Zoho toolset we were using. They offered a free trial which was a big help in our purchasing decision. Our team looked at one other alternative but we weren't satisfied with the pricing quote we got from them and the fact that we were already using other Zoho apps made our decision easier.

  • Has a wealth of options still to investigate as part of Cliq
