Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Cliq

We used to communicate between the teams
Group calling is on the go
Editing the images while sending is a good one
Shows message read and delivery time that will be helpful if my colleague is available or not

Pros

  • Internal secure communication
  • Transfering Larger files
  • Video and audio calls
  • sharing scripts like js code, python is easy

Cons

  • Zoho people notifications can be added in Cliq like birthday reminders, leave trackers
  • Cliq PC app is bit heavy, can be light weighted
  • Zoho packages includes all in tools
  • Reduced multiple vendors to have different application
Easy to use
Larger File sharing like videos, audios, even zip files
Make internal group calls
Multiple channel creation
sharing development scripts is also easy
  • Skype (discontinued)
Didn't check for the other products. Zoho Cliq worked well

This app is really useful for internal chats , team calls and individual calls
Screensharing helps to troubleshoot with other teams
Recent updates like whiteboard, Taz that really helpful for our daily needed
We can also make notes in taz, inbuilt chatbot that helps to set reminder, automation
