We originally switched to RUN Powered by ADP® due to compliance reasons around payroll tracking and retirement benefits. Since then, we've found that they were best in class and price for us in multiple areas including: HR Compliance, Benefits administration, payroll, scheduling, time tracking, and job board posting. Its getting used by our employees multiple times a day and our managers use it every few weeks to confirm benefits with our team members.

Great for small businesses that don't need much guidance and have a good handle on their operations. Once implementation is over the personalized service is not the same. Calling the 800 numbers is a gamble and hold times have been long. The service during implementation is fantastic. We like being able to streamline all our service through one vendor.

I print out the employees’ time cards, and the manager assigns the jobs for each employee. After that, I enter the information into the software and run payroll, and everything usually goes smoothly. The only issue is that payroll can’t be processed if someone closes the payroll preview window without clicking “Finish Later,” because the system thinks someone is still in the payroll session.

We needed a new payroll system, and this fit our needs perfectly. The multiple direct deposit accounts are put to use across our organization
The screening should allow for electronic payments, not live checks. Recurring payments to emlployees that are once a month, it would be nice to be able to set that up, instead of "every payroll" or not at all.
We use RUN for our payroll and time keeping. This helps streamline our payroll process and saves us a lot of extra time. ADP customer service is very helpful and are really good about answering any inquires in a timely manner.

Our primary use of RUN Powered by ADP® is the payroll feature which I have been very happy with overall. It is simple and offers many situational columns that were a relief to be reduced to a simple numerical input rather than having to do manual calculations. We also use it for HR policy updates as well as premade forms for HR situations.

It is a very simple payroll processing platform. I would recommend the platform to any small business looking to outsource the process. Its pay-per-person policy also makes it adaptable to businesses with minimal employee counts. I think it may not be as useful for employers who have consistent hourly employees that do not fluctuate as often.

I use RUN Powered by ADP® for our payroll system. We have also recently implemented ADP timekeeping. The process went smoothly and our employees benefited from the training videos to become acquainted with the system. We also received great assistance from the person assigned to our project and was readily available whenever we needed her assistance.

For employers like us, who have employees enter the total time of hours worked per day, some of the settings are not applicable. It makes it difficult to explain to employees and causes issues. One of the issues is that employees see all departments when they enter hours.
