Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®

We use the ADP employee handbook wizard. This makes it easier to ensure each new employee receives a copy of our handbook and makes and existing employees aware of any changes.
We use RUN for our payroll and time keeping. This helps streamline our payroll process and saves us a lot of extra time. ADP customer service is very helpful and are really good about answering any inquires in a timely manner.

This is very helpful and allows employees to manage their information on their own. The ability to edit personal information and direct deposit information helps streamline our payroll process and provides another level of accuracy.

When ordering our new timeclock, ADP made the process easy and seamless. After finding out we were having problems with our old system, the ADP rep. helped troubleshoot the problem and came up with a solution to best suit our business. They made the entire transition easy, not only for us but for our employees as well.
