Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®

I am currently working on the Employee Handbook. It is taking some time, but I am slowly, but surely, making progress in merging the handbook we already have, and the default handbook that is available in RUN Powered by ADP®
We use it for payroll, some HR functions, and background checks

Pros

  • Has an easy to use interface
  • Is easy to organized and keep up with employees

Cons

  • The interface is rather large, it would be nice to be able to adjust that
  • It is sometimes pretty slow
  • We were able to let our former payroll company go and this is much cheaper
  • It has made paying employees a much smoother process
  • I can run extra payrolls if I need to
We no longer have the need to write real checks, and the employees can see their hours worked, deductions, extra earnings, view and change all personal information.
The W-2's and 1099's did not need to be done manually. RUN Powered by ADP® printed them and sent them to us to mail to all our vendors.
It is not that user friendly. It feels bulky and could use some streamlining
We needed to move from a 100% manual process. So, we chose RUN Powered by ADP® because there are additional add-ons that we may utilize in the future.

We needed a new payroll system, and this fit our needs perfectly. The multiple direct deposit accounts are put to use across our organization

The screening should allow for electronic payments, not live checks. Recurring payments to emlployees that are once a month, it would be nice to be able to set that up, instead of "every payroll" or not at all.
