We use it in almost every department of our company, from HR to Dev-ops. We use it for storage and secure sharing of files across or within teams. Specifically, in my team, we use [it] to share files within [the] team or with clients with specific access requests attached to it.
Pros
Easily accessible form any device
Less costly compare to others
Easy to upload data just drag and drop
Cons
UI needs improvement
New features can be added
Customer support can [be] improved

It is suited for small and medium-sized businesses. Customer support is not that great most of the time so if your business needs don't require that much support you can go for it. As per the trust for the product, I recommend and trust it if your business meets the offering.
I used it to store files that needed to be saved but not accessed a bunch of times. It was more of a place to deep freeze things that might be needed later. I like to think of it as more of a "back-up of a back-up" in case the worst happens for important files.
Pros
Accessibility
Storage
Cons
Not as popular

It's good to store personal projects that you want to hang on to. It's also great for creating redundant back ups so you can be assured your data will have a spot somewhere when it comes to retrieving it for later in the worst-case scenarios. The only thing is to remember to add it.
We use Amazon Drive as our primary back up for essential files, videos, and photos. We do not have company-wide access to Amazon Drive. It is only available to the owners. We don't access the files very frequently, but it gives us peace of mind to know that our files are safe and accessible to us in case we have any unexpected IT problems.
Pros
Amazon Drive automatically detects photos and videos in specific folders (that you choose). It will add them to Drive without any action from me.
There is a desktop app where you can access all of your files (in addition to web-based access).
Cons
The user interface for file storage isn't as intuitive as I would like.
The plans were not 100% clear for me when I first purchased.

Amazon Drive can be helpful in a variety of scenarios. It works best as a cloud back up - a place to store files, photos, and videos that are important and need to be safeguarded. I would not recommend it for collaborative document management and feel that there are other platforms better suited for that need. Amazon Drive can be programmed to upload specific folders from your desktop computer automatically. This is very helpful and takes the guesswork out of protecting your documents.
Once we realized it was included in our Prime membership, we dropped the competition (Dropbox) that we were paying for and started using Amazon Drive. We use it to share files across departments and physical locations, i.e. design files that are used to build new products that can be commonly shared between the design team and the production team.
Pros
They keep our files secure and safe
They let us drag and drop our files with ease
Cons
While it's easy to edit permissions of users, device management isn't as easy as we'd like, and file security is extremely important
Our files are not ours if we were to ever end our corporate Prime membership

Solid drag and drop functionality that is easy to use and teach others to use. Files are based in the cloud so if you have a remotely distributed workforce, they can easily access them and you can manage the permissions accordingly. If you have a full enterprise operation, Sharepoint might be better for your workforce. Amazon Drive is better suited for small and mid-sized businesses.
I started using Amazon Cloud Drive in 2008. At that time it was becoming a fashionable cloud storage service and there was also talk of Dropbox, Box, Google Drive, and Megaupload among others. All of these were competing to offer free storage space and some offered more than others. Amazon made Amazon Cloud Drive available with 5 GB free, and it is still that way, only that they have focused on the storage of images as well. In 2008 I decided to try it and to this day the I keep using it. I really use it as a reliable data backup.
Pros
It is very simple to use.
It is accessible from any device connected to the internet.
It has the support of Amazon.
Cons
Expand the space for free users.
It should include the option to edit files in the cloud.

If you want a discreet and safe place to store information, Amazon Cloud Drive is the solution.
If you want to share, exchange or edit as a team, there are better options in the market.
We use Amazon Drive for sharing documents for a workflow. This is beneficial because users can access it on any device, whether it be a work station or on-the-go on a mobile device. This is imperative, as things are always changing. It's nice to use a cloud service without the lag of having to log into a secure network to access a work station. Wonderful because, if organized properly, you will always know you are looking at the most recent file.
Pros
Organized platform, can use personally & for work.
Cloud, so you can access it anywhere- you just need to have an Amazon account.
Affordable upgrade of $11.99/month once you reach the 5GB limit.
Cons
Less storage than Google Drive, Google offers 15GB of free space - vs. Amazon's 5GB.
Also, unlike with Google Drive, you can't back up your work with Amazon Drive ( I also use Google Drive, since I have a Gmail account).
A lot more expensive than Google Drive, which is 1.99/month...but they are more in line with Dropbox pricing.

Amazon is incredible...a trusted company, so of course we trust their cloud service! It's been such a smooth workflow using their cloud service. We often travel to see clients, and sometimes we may not have the latest version of a presentation because people are rushing and things can get confusing. Now we're never worried because we can always fetch them from the cloud.
<div>We are a company that works with musical events and provide services to perform weddings, celebrate birthdays, etc. For us the photographs, videos, and audio are indispensable. Many times we have to store templates of all kinds and we need space. We do not use PenDrives, or anything like that. Our biggest tool is the Cloud. Amazon Drive Cloud is used by our Marketing and Communications department to store different files. After a day of work, we keep all the photographs, videos and audios that we recorded and then edit them and return them to the client as a token of gratitude for having hired us.</div><div>
</div><div>This program helps us store information. It really is a compliment, because we use several programs, from different companies, to store data and, until now, Amazon Drive Cloud has served us well.</div>
Pros
Amazon Drive Cloud is free and that is positive. It gives us 5GB of storage when we register
The application for smartphones is very useful because you can do what you do when you connect from the web browser
Cons
Amazon Drive gives you 5 GB of storage, which compared to other companies that give you 15GB, is not flashy. I think they should increase the storage capacity to a minimum of 15Gb so they can compete.
Amazon Drive Cloud competitors have additional text editing services, spreadsheets, online web presentation editor, among others, and this program only offers you storage. I think they should think of a strategy to become more attractive and beat the competition.

<div>An excellent scenario for Amazon Drive Cloud is one where the main customer will only need to store a little information in the cloud for free. Many times we run out of space and do not want to pay for a larger storage capacity, and that's where Amazon Drive Cloud has strength because it's a free service, which gives you 5GB.</div><div>
</div><div>Now, Amazon Drive Cloud is not very well known and that decreases its potential. We do not recommend this software to store large amounts of information, especially videos and audio because sure 5GB will not be enough.</div>
We use Amazon Cloud Drive to back up several terrabytes of focus group video recordings. That's the main thing we back up, but also some smaller files and documents.
Pros
As far as we know, it's the best value. Our current plan is for something like 4-5 terabytes.
Good interface both on the website and on the app.
Cons
They recently did some kind of update that changed it from Amazon Cloud Drive to Amazon Photos, which made things a bit confusing. Still unsure sometimes where to go or what app to open.
I wouldn't mind more robust functionality in terms of pausing uploads or seeing which individual files are uploaded and potentially duplicates of files that have already been uploaded.
Likelihood to Recommend
It's good for backing up massive amounts of data for a reasonable cost.

Almost a year ago I discovered Amazon Cloud Drive by simple chance when I was looking for some files on the internet and when I found them I was struck by the great speed with which I could access the file. For that reason, I decided to look for the server and it was really a surprise to know what it was and even more to know the great features it has.
Pros
Very good entry speed.
The music bought in the Amazon store can be stored in the cloud drive.
Good storage space.
The service is cheaper than other similar ones.
Cons
The number of computers that can be accessed is very low, which is a problem since several people may need to work on the same file.

In general, Amazon Cloud is a pretty good cloud that may perhaps improve even more. You have 5GB starting, but if you want to buy more space you can and it is cheaper than with other similar software. You can create, like with other cloud storage providers, a folder on the computer that allows access without having an Internet connection. It also has Android, iPhone, Mac and Windows options so you can handle your files in an easier way.
