Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Assignar to schedule our staff, plant and vehicles across jobs. We also use it for timesheet submission and approval, daily pre-starts and other compliance requirements. Worker licences, competencies and qualifications are maintained in the system so we can ensure personnel are compliant before being allocated to a project. The main benefit is having one system to manage workforce planning, compliance and resource allocation across the business..

Cons

  • Biggest frustration is being told "Assignar is not a Finance system". It should have the ability to reject time
  • Inability to lock down projects and cost codes
