The Okta Identity Cloud

I have been an The Okta Identity Cloud Administrator since 2019. It helps our company to protect our end users by securing their access as well as the automation on provisioning less complex less work. It is also a user friendly platform that anyone can easily understand on how to manage users. The Okta Identity Cloud IAM is very recommended. Every company must have this solution.

Single-sign on and user identity management services at a 6000 employee organization. The Okta Identity Cloud is the the main user management tool we use and is integrated across the enterprise architecture to securely administer user access to business apps across the world.

We use The Okta Identity Cloud to manage and make sure all user identities across multiple services and applications are secured. It is also used as a single sign on service company-wide, meaning users only have to remember and authenticate a single account to get access to mutiple apps and services from other parties.

My organization uses the Okta Identity Cloud across all our apps for easy access. The ability to quickly access everything from a single tile page makes it easy to navigate and operate. Compared to other identity providers, I will always find Okta more user-friendly and easy to operate.

Currently The Okta Identity Cloud is a enterprise tool in our company, that is being used as a single sign-on for all our Business and IT applications. This has definitely helped us with Security, Password management and user management. Moreover, we are in the process of migrating our on-prem applications to the cloud, and The Okta Identity Cloud has greatly helped us with cloud tools integration. With this we even started to implement multifactor authentication as additional security.

Okta is being used across our entire organization. The Single-Sign-On allows for an easy flow of software and application access without the requirement of having to login to each application separately. This makes our jobs more efficient and allows us to assist our customers quicker. To be able to get to our customers faster allows for us to make our customers happy. With Okta as our SSO partner, our organization is able to sign in to our plethoraof applications, internal and external.

The Okta Identity Cloud helps our organization remain secure by verifying the identiy of users accessing sensitive company information. Multi-factor authentication via push notification, token entry, and text message are convenient for us end users but still keep our environment secure. The Okta Identity Cloud has integrated well within our existing infrastructure to also minimize IT Help Desk impact by automating password resets in certain cases.

Okta makes it incredibly easy to manage all of our log ins to the suite of applications we use. It streamlines new account provisioning for our IT and Business Systems team, while giving the end user a single place to go to access each system. An added bonus is you can save log ins to other applications not provisioned through Okta in your account.

We are leveraging capabilities of OKTA in federating Internal and External Applications with SSO using SAML 2.0, Open ID Connect etc. We also manage access policies and enforce MFA sign on polcies via Okta. Okta also helps in identity lifecycle management , access provisioning and deprovisioning via OKTA workflows. Okta workflows are another way to automate several tasks within Okta.

In our company we start using Auth0 in the mobile development team to manage authentication. Then, due to good feedback from developers, we decided to adopt it on quite all of our projects

My organization uses Okta as a single sign-on tool for various websites we use internally. It makes signing in super easy and secure.

We use the Okta Identity Cloud for a single sign on process throught most applications. These are for example MS Office 365, our travel expense tool, ServiceNow, etc. This ensures a safe login while not having to remember several different passwords. Especially in a world where cyber attacks and phishing is happening all the time, it contributes to our cyber security.

The license model was a challenge for us as a company with multiple use cases and other external health partners, but the vendor was fair and worked through the unique use cases for acceptable licensing terms. Strong product with more capabilities than we can currently leverage. Great customer support and technical know-how.

Used by a client for secure single sign on, the organisation has a single point of access for all applications. Using Okta not only improves security, but onboarding of users which allows less time for setup and more time focusing on the job at hand.

Okta Identity Cloud has been very useful to me in organizing all of my applications in one centralized hub. I leverage Okta daily to access my various applications that I need to use on a daily basis to complete my job. Prior to using Okta, there was not a scalable SSO solution to access my applications, which made it very tedious and difficult to do my job effectively.

The Okta Identity Cloud is leveraged extensively throughout our organization. Features utilized include universal directory capabilities via integration with Azure AD, streamlined cloud application distribution, user self-service password reset capabilities, and the ability to protect all of this ecosystem behind a strong multi-factor authentication offering that is very flexible, standardized (via SAML for example) and secure.

Zwift as a gaming company uses a vast number of software tools in order to empower itself to create the best software as possible. With this came a new challenge - how do we manage such amount of different systems with security and speed?
In this sense, Okta was a perfect match for us - we were able to integrate multiple softwares through API and SAML, and for most of softwares, use SCIM for account creations. This empowered our ITOps team to manage it with a small number of resources without losing the operational excellence, getting more revenue.

Most of the tools we are using is under the Okta Identity Cloud and because of that, we are positive that our access is always secured, protected and always up to date. The good things I found in using the Okta Cloud is it always reminds me every time the password I am using on my tools is already close to the expiry. Not only that, it also suggesting me to change the password before it gets expired and what are the days before it gets expired. In that way I can decide for my self if I want it to update my password right away or maximize the expiration date. I love the way it gives me the freedom to choose what day should I reset my password. In case I really missed the days on updating the password, the time I logged on my tools it will ask me to update my password right away so it will not cause me any inconvenience in the future. It is friendly-user and at the same time, the security is tight and as long as you follow the instructions, you will never get any confusions or inconvenience in using it. I highly recommend it to other business organizations because it is easy and safe to use.

The Okta Identity Cloud is a great product that is employed as a single sign-on service for my company. It stores log-in information for several different applications and platforms. All you have to do is log in to The Okta Identity Cloud in the beginning of the day and it will automatically sign you into stored platforms as you access them throughout the day. It is a great tool.

Secure single sign on is what Okta is used for plus all tools are managed through Okta in our org that we need to log on to

In my current company, we use Okta to manage security through SSO as well as using it to manage our applications. We have currently many applications/software that we use in each different team, so utilizing SSO and creating an application homepage per your role is really helpful and saves us time in terms of connection while ensuring security.

We Implement Okta for Different customers. Okta used for federated authentication mainly Access management.Integartion of Okta with different apps using Protocols Like Oauth , SAML, OpenID etc for Seamless single sign on experience . Our organisation conduct internal trainings also for Okta, so that we are well verse with all its feature and provide solution to Customers as per their requirements
