Bynder is great for easy usability
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use Bynder to manage our library of thousands of digital assets which are used for social media, advertising and many more uses. we use it on a regular daily basis since this is the main way that we share assets with others in our company and outside vendors as well.
Pros
- Organize assets by type, category, and purpose
- Easy searchability with filtering system
- Easy to send assets to outside organizations
Cons
- Permissions options could be easier to understand
- Mass uploader could use less steps
- Difference between share link and Bynder express is confusing
Likelihood to Recommend
It is well suited for situations in which large files (over 25 MB) are needed to be sent to people within your organization or outside organizations like print vendors. It is great for uploading new photography for your co-workers to share new products with customers. A case in which it may not be needed is for sharing small files for less important events or things like web design where elements are very small storage and can fit in emails.
