While Bynder is easily usable for staff who complete the onboarding trainings, we initially had some concerns about overall usability for those less familiar with the system. Fortunately, the ability to personalize user permissions within our DAM system has been a highly valued feature, allowing us to control access and simplify the user experience for various staff members.

Though primarily marketed toward business and sales applications, Bynder has proven to be an unexpectedly robust Digital Asset Management (DAM) solution for historical collections. We utilize it to securely store and manage digital assets documenting the history of our organization. The platform has been instrumental in sharing our digital archive with the public via seamless website integration, and it offers the welcome bonus of serving as our internal repository for branding materials.
