At [...], we are on a mission to cut cycle times on our clinical research projects, enabling us to move from lab to first human dose (FHD) and from FHD to regulatory approval at unprecented speed - all in order to let us reach patients faster, and support with their long-term health needs.

In order to accelerate, we are working closely with Celonis to create digital twins of our R&D processes. This is already allowing us to see process variations and whitespace, and giving us an evidence-based foundation for process improvement initiatives, and investment in new digital tooling.

In short: Celonis allows us to move from "we think this is how the process works" to "here's how it actually looks, where it deviates from the written process, what it costs, and what to fix first".

We use Celonis within our warehouse distribution center to gain deeper insights into the logistics processes. Our analysis focused on the fill rate of bins and the number of bins sent to end control. Based on these insights, we were able to increase the average fill rate of the bins and significantly reduce unnecessary end controls, leading to more efficient warehouse operations.

In addition, we are now analyzing the logistics processes within our pharmacies using Celonis. This provides insights into which parcels remain in lockers for too long and when they are removed again. The analysis also gives visibility into the transport process, allowing us to identify customers who are frequently not at home and delivery routes that are incorrectly classified as urgent deliveries. These insights help us further improve delivery efficiency and reduce unnecessary urgency in transport planning.

• The duplicate invoice checker is used on a daily basis to identify and prevent double invoice postings

• For the pharmacy logistics process, we are currently working on value framing, while already gaining insights into significant rework caused by customers not picking up parcels or not being at home during delivery attempts.

We are a Celonis partner within our consultancy firm. We use Celonis on a daily basis, managing projects ranging from data integration to dashboard creation and problem analysis.
